Andy began his career as a service technician 36 years ago and rose to lead RainSoft before retiring, then returned as CEO of Pure Energy Water & Air. He is focused on continuing the company's success while expanding its business and is dedicated to driving growth and enhancing our commitment to customer satisfaction. Originally from across the pond, he has made his home in America with his wife and five children.

Bob joined the company in 1997 after running a local restaurant chain. A graduate of Iona College with a degree in Business Administration, he advanced to Vice President by 2010 and earned honors including Manager of the Year and Aquion's President's Advisory Council award. Bob lives in Oviedo with his wife and three daughters and attributes his success to helping families.

Tim has been with the company since 1993, shortly after earning his BA from UCF. After four years in sales and management, he was promoted to President. Residing in Apopka with his wife and two sons, Tim values leading and helping the company his family built, and attributes its long-term success to the dedication of its employees and management to customer satisfaction.

Josh joined in 2007, rising from an entry-level role to Director of Operations in 2021. Recognized with multiple awards, including Employee of the Year, Josh lives in Apopka with his wife, Meghan, and their two children and enjoys supporting the growth of our service and installation departments.

Bob brings decades of experience as an Operations and Supply Chain Finance professional and Director of Operations Finance. With extensive expertise in construction and manufacturing, he is well-equipped to drive financial strategy and growth. A passionate Chicago Cubs fan, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Keith joined in 2009 and quickly excelled in sales. Promoted to Sales Manager in 2010 and Director of the East Coast Division in 2018, he was honored as Employee of the Year in 2019. Keith lives in Melbourne with his wife, Maria, and their three children.

A third-generation team member, Scottie began his full-time career in 2020 after earning a degree in Criminal Justice from UCF. Named Rookie of the Year in 2020, he advanced to Sales Director for Palm Beach County in 2022, where he is dedicated to helping customers solve their water problems.

Terrence joined in 2002 and now serves as Director of Sales & Marketing after earning multiple promotions and awards, including Manager of the Year. A Duke University graduate and former NFL player, Terrence lives in Riverview with his wife and their two children.

Mike joined the sales team part-time in 2008 and became full-time in 2010, earning Rookie of the Year. A former high school teacher and coach, he lives in Longwood with his wife, Jennifer, and their five children.
