Eligibility to win is limited to residents of Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Texas, New Jersey, & Delaware who are at least 18 years of age. Multiple entries and unreadable entry forms will be disqualified.

Awarded gifts or prizes may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise noted. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Promotion Rules. Acceptance of any gift or prize constitutes your permission for Pure Energy, Water & Air to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. All prize winners will be notified by telephone. If Pure Energy Water & Air is unable to reach you by telephone or email a certified letter will be mailed to the winner requiring a response within 10 business days of the receipt of the letter or the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.

Odds of winning are based on number of entries. Each 6-month drawing ends on August 31st and February 28th for the entries submitted the prior 6 months. The winner will be drawn by the 15th of the month following ending of each 6-month drawing. One Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a $2,500 The Home Depot® Gift Card. Submission of this form authorizes Pure Energy Water & Air and/or its affiliated entities to contact entrants by telephone regarding this promotional drawing and their products and/or services even if such entrants have registered their telephone number on the National or State Do Not Call List.
